SUNRISE ENGAGEMENT
Elena and Bryan were very brave. They agreed to meet me at 6 in the morning to take some pictures for their engagement shoot. That’s a pretty early wake up call to have to deal with on a weekend, but I’m so glad they did. The light was amazing, and we were able to get indoors before we felt the full effects of Columbus’s record heat wave.
90 degrees by 10am, no thanks! My hair would melt off.

SENIOR YEAR IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN FRESHMAN YEAR THAT PICTURES ARE IN ORDER
Now that this school year’s just about over, I thought I’d share some shots we took for Carly’s senior portraits back in the fall. We returned to the Park of Roses on what turned out to be a beautiful, sunny, and breezy autumn evening. That, combined with Carly’s enthusiasm and ease in front of the camera, really made our jobs easy. Thanks, Carly, and thanks weather; you were both awesome.







I SAY TOMATO, YOU SAY CLAMATO
ZK: With Jim and Bonnie’s wedding coming up in November, they decided to use this unseasonably nice weather for an engagement session shoot at some of their favorite spots around Columbus.
CH: Yeah, they definitely picked a great time for some outdoor scenery. They came to us with a great idea to get some pajama clad shots of them enjoying the morning on their porch in Clintonville, and then on to Schiller Park in German Village for some quality play time with Swenson.
